Service Description
Accidents happen, but that doesn't always mean it's time for a new pair. Our licensed opticians can evaluate your eyewear and perform many common repairs, including replacing screws, nose pads, temple tips, and making minor frame adjustments. If your glasses can't be repaired in-house, we'll discuss the best options to get you seeing clearly again.
Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to repair your eyewear whenever possible. Many minor repairs and adjustments are provided at no charge, while more extensive repairs or replacement parts may require a fee. All repairs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A quote will be provided before any charges are incurred. Repair times vary depending on the type of repair and parts availability. While we take every precaution, some damaged or aged frames may not be repairable and could break during the repair process. By authorizing the repair, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Optical Arts is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing wear, prior repairs, or manufacturer defects. We'll always recommend the safest and most cost-effective solution to get you back to seeing clearly.
