Cancellation Policy
To give every guest the personalized attention they deserve, we encourage scheduling a Frame Selection Appointment. Our licensed opticians will work one-on-one with you to help you find frames that complement your face shape, prescription, lifestyle, and personal style. Please Note: -Appointments are recommended to ensure dedicated styling time. -Walk-ins are always welcome and will be accommodated as our schedule allows. -If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for 24 hours' notice. -Please bring your current prescription (if it was not issued by Optical Arts) and all glasses with you. Why schedule? A dedicated appointment means you'll receive personalized styling, expert lens recommendations, accurate measurements, and plenty of time to find the perfect pair—without feeling rushed. This policy helps us provide the exceptional service every Optical Arts customer deserves.
